Job Summary

You will work directly alongside our lead merchandisers and store supervisors to keep sales floors organized and assist dozens of daily shoppers. Our flexible shifts range from 15 to 25 hours per week, making this position ideal to fit around your college classes or secondary commitments. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Team-Oriented Communicator that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail customer service.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Checkout & POS: Operate Zebra POS barcode scanners and cash registers to efficiently scan and process 40 to 60 customer transactions per hour.
• Floor Restocking & Merchandising: Unpack 15 to 20 freight totes each morning using box cutters and restock retail shelves following visual planogram standards.
• Inventory Counting: Conduct accurate daily cycle counts on 100 fast-moving retail items using handheld digital inventory scanners to maintain system accuracy.
• Customer Assistance & Service: Answer product questions for over 30 shoppers per shift while maintaining tidy sales aisles and restocking front checkout displays.
