Job Summary

You will work alongside our shift leads to organize backroom inventory, unload freight trucks, and keep store shelves fully stocked. This part-time role offers 15 to 25 flexible hours per week designed to comfortably fit around your college schedule or secondary job. You will serve as Part-time, delivering the signature Team-oriented reliability that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail warehouse inventory management.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Unloading: Unload 2 weekly delivery trucks using RF hand scanners and hydraulic pallet jacks, processing up to 300 cartons per shift safely.
• Shelf Replenishment: Restock 50 retail display bays daily with incoming merchandise, strictly adhering to FIFO inventory protocols to minimize product damage and expiration.
• Backroom Inventory Auditing: Conduct daily cycle counts across 10 warehouse aisles using Motorola handheld terminals to maintain a 99% inventory tracking accuracy rate.
• Staging and Waste Management: Operate the cardboard baler and process 150 pounds of recyclable packaging material per shift to maintain clean stockroom aisles.
