Job Summary

You will work right alongside 8 supportive teammates who bring great energy to every shift while keeping store shelves fully filled. Together, we will manage inventory flow on flexible 15 to 25 hour weekly schedules that accommodate school or a second job. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Team-Oriented Reliability that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail inventory restocking.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Unload Freight Deliveries: Unload 2 weekly freight trucks using pallet jacks and handheld RF scanners to check in 500+ inventory cartons accurately.
• Merchandise Shelf Restocking: Stock 40 sales floor display shelves per shift using box cutters and pricing guns according to visual planogram standards.
• Backroom Inventory Sorting: Sort and organize 200+ backroom storage bins using Zebra mobile devices to maintain accurate stock counts across all departments.
• Safety and Aisle Staging: Clear 10 retail aisles of excess cardboard packaging and operate balers to process 150 pounds of recyclable materials daily.

• Salary: $19.50–$24.00 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications

• Comfort working on your feet for entire 4-to-6 hour shifts while navigating store aisles and backroom spaces.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset to collaborate effectively with 8 to 12 crew colleagues.
