You will work directly with our office manager to streamline daily inventory logs, vendor invoices, and personnel files while preparing for future store supervisor opportunities. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Detail-Oriented Organizer that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail records management.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Document Organization: Sort and archive over 250 daily vendor invoices and store receipts using Microsoft Excel and physical color-coded filing systems efficiently.
• Digital Records Maintenance: Scan, index, and upload 100 inventory adjustment logs each week into the SharePoint database to ensure audit compliance across departments.
• Auditing File Accuracy: Conduct weekly audits of 50 employee training records and safety compliance folders to ensure 100 percent adherence to store policies.
• Supply Inventory Tracking: Monitor office supply stock weekly using Square POS inventory tools and submit purchase orders when stock levels fall below 15 units.
