Job Summary

If you want a flexible 15-to-25 hour weekly schedule working directly with handheld inventory tools and touchscreen POS registers, this role is a great fit. You will join our floor team to process daily inventory shipments, assist customers, and maintain organized merchandise displays. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Tech-fluent and customer-focused that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Register & POS Management: Operate Zebra touchscreen POS terminals to ring up 30 plus customer transactions hourly while processing mobile payments and digital loyalty accounts.
• Inventory Control: Scan incoming stock with Honeywell RF handheld devices to unpack, tag, and log 150 merchandise items during each four-hour shift.
• Floor Merchandising: Use heavy-duty garment steamers and planar display tools to reset 12 end-cap promotional displays following weekly visual merchandising guidelines.
• Stockroom Maintenance: Manage backroom storage racks using digital inventory software on iPads to fulfill 25 online pick-up orders within 15 minutes each.

• Comfort standing for up to 6 hours per shift and lifting merchandise boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude when assisting 50 plus customers on a daily basis.
