Job Summary

You will work alongside our floor lead Sarah and five veteran associates who make every 15-to-20-hour workweek engaging and collaborative. We offer flexible morning, evening, and weekend shifts designed specifically to accommodate college class schedules or secondary commitments. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Welcoming and Team-Oriented Communicator that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store operations.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Checkout & POS: Operate Lightspeed POS terminals to accurately process 40+ customer transactions per hour while maintaining a balanced register drawer.
• Floor Assistance & Inquiries: Greet 50+ store visitors daily, answering inventory questions using Zebra handheld scanners to locate products across 8 main aisles.
• Inventory Restocking: Unpack weekly shipments of 150+ merchandise units, applying barcode price tags and organizing shelf displays according to visual planograms.
• Store Maintenance & Returns: Process up to 15 customer merchandise returns daily while assisting team members with closing checklists to ensure store readiness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day.
• Comfort using touchscreen POS systems and handheld inventory barcode devices.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a team-first mindset when helping customers and co-workers.
