Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time inventory associate to join our tight-knit morning crew for 15 to 20 hours each week. You will collaborate directly with our shift lead, Maya, to scan shipments, audit stock levels, and organize backroom racks. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Meticulous & Team-Oriented that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail inventory management.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Stock Auditing: Scan 150 to 200 incoming inventory barcodes daily using Zebra handheld scanners to ensure 99% accuracy in our stock database.
• Backroom Organization: Unload and sort up to 30 freight boxes per shift into designated bin locations using floor pallet jacks and safety ladders.
• Floor Replenishment: Restock front-of-house store shelves daily, maintaining target inventory levels across 12 product categories with our floor merchandising guidelines.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Log damaged goods or missing stock into the RF scanner system within 2 hours of delivery to keep inventory counts accurate.
