Job Summary

If you want a flexible 15 to 20 hour weekly schedule that easily fits around college classes or a secondary job, this role offers hands-on experience with modern retail tools. You will work directly on our store floor using POS systems and mobile inventory devices to deliver great shopper care. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Tool-Savvy and Customer-Focused that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail store customer care.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate our Oracle Xstore POS terminals to process 40 to 60 customer transactions daily with 99% payment processing accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Scan and track store merchandise using Zebra TC52 handheld RFID scanners, resolving 15 inventory stock discrepancies during each shift.
• Customer Inquiry Resolution: Assist up to 30 shoppers per shift using our store iPad lookup system to locate out-of-stock items across 5 partner store systems.
• Returns and Exchanges: Process 10 to 15 customer returns per day through our digital customer care portal, maintaining a 95% customer satisfaction score.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of 15 to 25 hours weekly, including night or weekend shifts.
• Comfortable using digital retail tools such as barcode scanners, touch-screen POS registers, and tablet search software.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for assisting 30+ store customers during typical daily store operations.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or food service operating digital payment systems is preferred.
