• Supply Ordering & Logistics: Process weekly store supply orders using SAP, managing a $3,000 monthly budget to prevent stockouts on essential store materials.
• Customer Service Desk Support: Handle 25 to 30 daily customer inquiries and merchandise returns, maintaining a customer satisfaction score above 92 percent.
