Job Summary

If you enjoy chatting with shoppers and helping them find the right items, this part-time position offers flexible 15 to 25 hour weekly schedules. You will serve dozens of walk-in customers each shift while managing inventory displays on the sales floor. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Customer-focused listener that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail product sales.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Guide 30 to 50 daily shoppers using our POS inventory lookup tool to locate specific products, answer questions, and process payments accurately.
• Floor Merchandising: Restock up to 15 retail display shelves each shift using handheld zebra scanners to ensure 100% price tag accuracy across all aisles.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain clean product displays across 4 main sales departments by organizing merchandise, facing inventory, and removing damaged items twice daily.
• Product Demonstrations: Demonstrate features for top-selling home merchandise to 10 plus interested customers per shift using interactive display models to drive daily sales.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6 or more months of customer service or retail experience
