Job Summary

As a Part-Time Retail Merchandise Clerk, you will make a direct impact on our shoppers by keeping 12 store aisles fully stocked, beautifully organized, and easy to navigate. We offer flexible 15-to-25-hour weekly schedules designed to seamlessly fit around your personal commitments or studies. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Customer-Focused Organizer that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail merchandising.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Stocking & Replenishment: Unpack 30 to 50 freight boxes daily using handheld RF scanners to accurately restock sales floor shelves within designated 4-hour shifts.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain clean product displays across 8 store departments using planogram software guidelines to ensure a 98% inventory presentation accuracy rate.
• Customer Assistance: Help upwards of 40 shoppers per shift locate merchandise quickly, providing warm recommendations and maintaining a 95% customer satisfaction score.
• Inventory Auditing: Perform daily cycle counts on 150 unique SKUs using Zebra inventory devices to prevent stockouts and minimize inventory shrinkage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible part-time shifts totaling 15 to 25 hours per week, including weekends or evenings.

• Physical capacity to lift up to 35 pounds consistently and remain standing for 4 to 6 hour shifts.
