Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, customer-focused Retail Store Service Associate to join our store team for 15 to 25 hours per week. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling to fit your life and a direct track into future store leadership. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Checkout & POS: Operate Zebra POS barcode scanners to process 35 cash and credit transactions per hour while maintaining 100 percent cash drawer accuracy.
• Inventory & Shelf Restocking: Restock up to 50 merchandise displays daily using handheld inventory tablets, ensuring price tags and promotional signs remain completely accurate.
• Customer Assistance & Guidance: Greet 40 shoppers daily, answering product inquiries and using our internal digital catalog to help customers locate specific retail items quickly.
• Store Organization & Returns: Process up to 20 customer returns per shift using item scanning software, while sorting returned merchandise back to proper sales shelves.
