Job Summary

From your very first shift, you will transform store aisles by restocking high-velocity displays and auditing shelf accuracy during fast-paced 15- to 20-hour weekly schedules. We offer flexible morning and evening shifts designed to seamlessly fit around your classes or secondary job commitments. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Efficiency-Minded Organizer that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail merchandising.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Display Reset & Stocking: Process 150 to 200 inventory units per hour using Zebra RF scanners, ensuring 100% accurate shelf placement and clean promotional endcaps.
• Planogram Execution: Audit and update 12 store planograms weekly using digital handheld devices to maintain visual standards and accurate price tagging across departments.
• Inventory Verification: Conduct daily cycle counts across 5 key merchandise categories, resolving stock discrepancies in the handheld inventory system before peak shopping hours.
• Vendor Shipments: Unload and sort 30 to 40 incoming freight cartons per shift using pallet jacks and hand trucks following strict safety protocol.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for shift durations of 4 to 8 hours.
• Experience operating digital inventory tools, RF handheld scanners, or mobile point-of-sale systems.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to read and execute visual planograms accurately.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work a flexible part-time schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week.
