Job Summary

From day one on the sales floor, you will dive into register audits, track promotions, and log live inventory into our system. This fast-paced part-time role offers flexible 15-to-20-hour weekly schedules tailored to fit around your classes or another job. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Detail-Oriented Efficiency that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail data entry.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Sales Record Auditing: Audit 200 to 300 daily register receipts using Excel spreadsheets to identify sales discrepancies and update stock counts before store closing.
• POS Inventory Syncing: Input hourly promotional sales metrics into Lightspeed POS software across 15 store departments to ensure accurate real-time inventory tracking.
• Price Tag Verification: Verify and update 150 shelf price tags every shift using handheld barcode scanners to maintain 100 percent pricing accuracy across aisles.
• Daily Activity Reporting: Generate 5 daily batch reports summarizing cash register balancing and barcode scan errors to hand off directly to store supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in retail sales, inventory counting, or data entry operations.
• Familiarity with basic spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work 15 to 25 hours per week on-site including evening or weekend shifts.
• Strong numerical accuracy and accurate data entry speed of 40 or more words per minute.
