Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time Retail Front-End Associate to handle 15 to 25 hours per week at our checkout lanes. You will work directly with modern Zebra scanners and NCR touch-screen register systems while helping guests complete transactions. You will serve as Part-Time, delivering the signature Tech-Savvy Efficiency that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail customer service checkout.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Point-of-Sale Operations: Scan 30+ items per minute using Zebra handheld laser scanners and process payments via NCR touch-screen registers.
• Register Balancing: Reconcile $1,500 daily cash drawers with zero variance using automated cash-counting equipment at shift conclusion.
• Self-Checkout Management: Monitor 6 self-checkout kiosks simultaneously via central touch monitors to clear age-verification prompts and barcode errors.
• Order Pick-Up Fulfillment: Pick 20 buy-online-pickup-in-store orders hourly using mobile handheld inventory tablets and thermal receipt printers for customer collection.

• Salary: $19.00–$23.50 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications

• Six months of experience in customer service, retail sales, or food service environments.
